1.家里有孩子就选实木地板吧！孩子直接在上面玩也不会凉脚，摔跤也不会会疼。
2.冲上的灯罩就不要买了，就是用来接灰尘的，过个夏天里面一堆黑色的小点点。
3.现在高层普遍不高，吊顶少做为妙，简单走一圈石膏线就挺好，美观而且不压抑。
4.墙纸买得再好，胶水不注意也没用，因为劣质胶水，几年才能散味。
5.浅色地板完全没灰，懒人必备。就是卫生间不要选浅色的地砖了。
6.客厅的沙发边上最好预留几个插座，玩着游戏手机没电，随手一充，游戏继续，那感觉不要太爽。
7.电视的背景墙一定多设几个插座。毕竟现在还有电视盒等设备，后期加个插线板一大堆乱七八糟的线。

餐厅篇
1.不是土豪就别在餐厅做酒柜了，你家里没有那么多的酒需要一个专门的柜子来储藏。
2.餐厅最好装个吊扇或者放个冷气扇，夏天降温快。

卧室篇
1.卧室要做双控等，大冬天的晚上从被窝爬出来去关灯感觉不要太酸爽。
2.打算要孩子的家庭，最好在床边预留婴儿床的位置，方便妈妈照顾宝宝。

厨房篇
1.厨房的插座尽可能多装，天知道以后家里需要买多少电器，前些年流行的豆浆机，居家必备人手一台，现在又流行咖啡机，面条机，榨汁机，破壁机，原谅我手指不够用了。
2.橱柜的台面要装挡水条，不然做个饭厨房到处脏兮兮的。
3.厨房、卫生间都应该安装小厨宝，冬天比你直接接热水器的水用要方便多了，来水快，不浪费。
4.夏天厨房太热，别听一些傻呼呼的人吹嘘什么在厨房安空调----厨房油烟大过滤网多难洗你知道吗？其实在吊顶装凉霸就行。
5.吸油烟机的一定要安装止烟阀，免得楼下做饭，油烟直接来你家。
6.厨房的水龙头要装那种可以用手背关掉的，用手指转动的很容易沾染上油污。
7.厨房最好在吊柜下方加装灯带，背光的时候不要太好用。

卫生间篇
1.卫生间的龙头花洒绝对要买你能力范围内最好的，毕竟你的房子不准备只用两三年。
2.双杆毛巾架不实用，还是单杆的最好用。
3.马桶边上也要预留电源插座，哪怕你家现在不是智能马桶，保不准以后换个智能马桶吗？或者坐马桶上给手机充个电呢？
4.洗手盆龙头，最好选择有单独拔出小龙头的那种，洗头发不要太方便。
5.卫厨地砖贴好后拿水睡眼一下，看看地漏是不是最低点。
6.如果家里只有一个公用卫生间，千万别装浴缸，想着都觉得不卫生。
7.卫生间的开关插座都要买带盖子的，防水啊！

阳台篇
1.阳台的墙面除了瓷砖，还可以做防水涂料，效果也很好。
2.阳台最好留两个地漏，一个地漏给洗衣机和洗手池排水，另一个防止窗户没关，阳台出现阴水。
