normal;">以上地块拟征收土地符合《土地管理法》第四十五条第二项规定的公共利益需要。</p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;"><strong>四、拟征收土地补偿标准</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;">拟征收土地补偿安置费按照山东省人民政府鲁政字〔2020〕74号文公布的福山区征地区片综合地价标准执行。本次征收土地涉及Ⅱ级区片，Ⅱ级区片每亩补偿7万元。</p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;">地上附着物和青苗补偿费标准按照山东省财政厅、山东省自然资源厅《关于烟台市征地地上附着物和青苗补偿标准的批复》(鲁自然资函〔2021〕1881号)的规定执行。</p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;">本次征收土地涉及的农村住宅、工矿企业及其他建筑设施拆迁，由福山区人民政府按照国家有关规定另行制定农村房屋拆迁补偿安置方案或按照福山区人民政府指定的相关拆迁单位与产权人签订的拆迁补偿安置协议予以补偿安置。</p><p style="text-align: justify;white-space:
