住在只楚板块，工作在黄务板块，我是不是挺幸福的… 黄务，幸福，只楚如果硬要选一个的话，我选八角新城 只楚还是远点了 芝罘区问题在于快没任何大型产业了，不提供就业岗位，税收没了，年轻人不来，教育虽然有优势，但是房价跟配套极度的排外，你说没钱是自己的问题，说的也对，问题是现在收入低的年轻人太多了，两口子本来就苦，为了孩子的未来咬牙很多人想做也做不到，无法吸收外地来的新烟台人，只会更加烂下去，芝罘区你说有教育跟医疗优势，可是抿心自问，真的是芝罘区所有人能享受到吗？所以我就一个想法，离开芝罘区，不提供就业，商场随便修，你看有人去吗？几百万的人口修出千万级别的写字楼跟商场。
