有改造的钱，不如凑点钱扒了重新盖，老小区都是80/90年代的设计，当时是能满足生活需求，现在车都各种画地成牢，各种占车位，所有场地都是车满为患。

老旧小区改造大部分是糊弄，，，我们这改造完楼顶漏水，路面积水。。都不知道怎么通过验收的，单元门经常坏
