自创,板栗储存法

生的也可以吃哈,晾几天以后特别甜,生吃还补肾呢,我这是扒出板栗仁冷冻保存,是半生不熟的,为了存放。吃的时候再加工。

谁说的,用我这方法,冷冻一年都不变味。我前段时间还用去年冷冻的蒸五谷丰登大馒头呢,带皮生的不要直接冷冻,化冻了一股坏地瓜味。这种扒皮焯水半生不熟的,拿出来不用化冻,直接做熟吃,味道和新鲜的一样。我家种板栗快三十年了,这方面我权威。

又看了一下你之前的回复,生冻一股坏地瓜味,懂了,可以吃,但是不好吃,得半生不熟冷冻。或者像马姐这样做熟了冻。

其实我感觉我这样冻是最好的方法,游泳的鱼说熟冻后再吃有点干,我这个冻,做熟了吃,味道,口感没任何影响。当然我这种冻法也不能解冻再做,要直接不用洗不化冻,直接做熟吃。
