原来的红利市场可以全部建在地下一层，芝罘湾新建这么大的项目，项目地下建设成一体的，延续原来的经营格局和方式，地上建筑里根据情况设置一些经营项目，这个1号建筑里搞个超市也不见的不行 按照目前格局，做市场是必然 失败的。 原来红利市场是有批发功能的，这需要仓储，物流等等的配合。现在定位只剩下零售，把相当一部分交易量拿掉了。
零售就零售，把空间拉的老大，像逛商场，人气无法聚拢，这不是胡搞吗。
整个2楼，全是一个个小店铺，而且还是那种古老的上个世纪的平面布置形式。

一针见血 一帮从来不逛市场买菜的二大爷拍拍脑们就决策的人他们能办出啥好事来？为啥就不能问问老百姓呢？ 华而不实，不接地气 一个市场，的红火程度就在产品上。红利鱼市场，就在一个鱼上。鱼这个产品，突出在一个鲜上。此地，老百姓对鱼类十分了解和喜食。他们对什么时节吃什么鱼十分讲究，对鱼类的新鲜度有更高条件的选择。不了解内情，的人会认为鲜鱼类卖不出去，这样商家岂不是赔钱吗。其实不然，自古渔行这一行，只赚不赔。鲜鱼上岸，卖给懂行熟客的，是既新鲜又不吃水的，可能外观有些脏。卖给计较又不懂行的，是用水冲洗或浸泡后的，外观靓丽好看、显得新鲜。卖不出去的，春秋可以晒鱼干批发外地，现在是速冻以后再卖或去头去尾做馅卖。剩下的鱼头鱼尾鱼杂鱼肠发酵还可做鱼汤（虾油）。其他，虾蟹也是如此，最后做虾酱。
看看，满市场的养殖玻璃箱......商家投资也是不少，可当地，有多少买这种的？！老伯姓，图的就是大批量上来暨不太贵又新鲜的鱼获。公立市场火了一百年，不就是上面那么点原因吗？
